Mrs. Minerva
took control of Empress back in 1985 and has grown the company
into one of the largest private emergency medical service
providers in the state. Her vision of providing superior patient
care and non-emergency transportation has become a reality as
evidenced by the numerous awards presented to Empress each year.
Mr. Minerva
took over the Empress operations in 1997 after a number of years
administrating Empress' sister company, American Transit. Mr.
Minerva oversees the company's directors and handles most upper
management functions. Mr. Minerva believes in taking a personal
approach to business and is actively involved in business
functions with local municipalities and health care facilities
alike.
Mr. Minerva is a graduate of Springfield college with a degree in EMS management. He oversees the operational functions of Empress including the company's busy EMS systems and private transportation division. Mr. Minerva also manages the company's support services and supply division.
Mr. Baia is a veteran of the EMS community with over 15 years of experience as a paramedic and manager. He currently oversees the company's extensive communications division which is responsible for the smooth dispatching of the entire fleet. His knowledge of the pre-hospital care industry has driven Empress to new operational excellence achievements year after year |
